Synopsis:


Today’s engineering tasks are becoming more and more complex; combined with a demanding delivery time, the three dimensional (3D) approach to engineering design is nolonger an optional but is a necessity. This is because 3D approach enables the delivery of high quality results in a short period of time. In this talk, 3D solutions in roadway design and land development projects will be presented. The speaker will walk the participants from using 2D data and finally, concluding with 3D visualization of the completed design.  Local design standards are also discussed as it must be adhered throughout the design process to ensure the design intentions are well constructed. At the end of the Talk, participants will be able to experience how 3D solutions will enhance productivity and efficiency while providing fast multiple alternatives and visualizations with ease.

Speaker’s Biography:      

 

Engr. Noor Azharis a Civil & Structural Engineer by profession. Graduated since the year 1999 from UiTM, he has vast working experience in various civil and structural engineering industries to meet the local requirements. Engr. Noor Azhar is also an Autodesk Certified Instructor for AutoCAD as well as AutoCAD Civil 3D in Malaysia and has conducted numerous seminars and training sessions throughout the nation. Engr. Noor Azhar has involved in preparing technical proposals on potential projects, research and development studies. Currently, Engr. Noor Azhar is a Consultant with Precision Design Solution (M) Sdn Bhd.
