Synopsis:

This talk is to allow consulting engineering firms and professional engineers to gain understanding and knowledge to set-up and implement ISO9001:2008 QMS and ISO9001:2008 / ISO 14001:2004 / OHSAS 18001:2007 IMS to meet the increasing demands and pressure from customers and relevant regulatory authorities.

Speaker’s Biography:      

Mr Ooi Soo Kang, BSc (Hons), graduated since 1992 from UKM, subsequently obtained his MBA from UPM and Diploma in Civil Engineering from UTM. Mr Ooi is responsible for the overall business development and operation of CI local office in Malaysia. He is also the IRCA registered Lead Auditor, actively involved in conducting certification audits for more than 550 audits in government agencies and various industries in Malaysia. Mr Ooi is also actively involved in conducting public and in-house training on ISO 9001 requirements,  in-depth interpretation, advance quality auditing, IRCA registered lead assessor and conducting effective management review.
