Discontinuation of Hardcopy Flyers Distribution to IEM (Southern Branch) Members Starting 1 February 2011 To all members of IEM (Southern Branch), Please be informed that since 1 July 2010, Pos Malaysia has increased the postage fees of all letters by 100%. This has inevitably resulted in additional administration costs which compound the current financial burden of the Branch. As such, during the IEM (Southern Branch)’s Executive Committee Meeting on 24 November 2010, the Executive Committee has decided to discontinue the distribution of hardcopy Flyers to IEM(SB) members, via normal post. Effective 1 February 2011, all Flyers, notices etc. will be transmitted to the members via electronic mail (e-mail). This will also be in line with the current practice by IEM(HQ) as well as implementing Green technology in all activities that IEM is conducting. We kindly request you to fill up the Reply Slip below and to facsimile or to email it to IEM (Southern Branch) Secretariat not later than 15 January 2011, for us to update your particulars.
