Members are requested to return the Attendance Reply Slip to the Secretariat by 31st July 2020 to assist in the planning and arrangements.

Notes:

1. Members to arrive early to complete SOP determined by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM).
2. Senior members aged 60 years and above are advised to wear a face mask and take precautionary measures.
3. Temperature to be checked by Secretariat or staffs at the entrance. If your temperature above 37.5, you are prohibited from entering the event hall.
