Synopsis

When construction projects are getting more and more complicated, more high-rises and basements are expected, Engineers / Constructors would face a lot of site constraints unavoidably. Among all the trades, waterproofing is always viewed as the stickiest and toughest trade in any project. If the waterproofing system is not performed in a project, it causes a lot of inconvenience to the tenants / users and of course damages to properties.

This webinar is designed to explore how to choose a suitable waterproofing system to any projects having multiple constraints. To understand how a user-friendly waterproofing system can overcome different types of constraints and yet having optimum performance. It is suitable to all Contractors, Engineers, Architects, QS as well as Developers who are keen to find solutions in this topic.

About Speaker

Mr. Gabriel Leung obtained his Bachelor Engineering (Civil and Structural Engineering) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1989 and BBA (Marketing) in La Trobe University of Australia. He has been working in Cementaid for more than 25 years, his vast technical knowledge in Concrete Waterproofing and Durability enables him to win over a strong trust from various Consultancies, Developers, Concrete Suppliers as well as various Government Authorities in many countries. His completed waterproofing projects including more than 35 MRT Stations in Singapore such as KPE Tunnel, Changi Wastewater Retreatment Plant, the Suntec City as well as the entire Resort World Sentosa project and many more residential, commercial and infra structure works in the Region. Mr. Leung’s innovative ideas always welcomed by contractors as well as developers for higher effectiveness, Value Engineering and Time Saving.
