Eligibility:

1. Between the ages of 18 to 60 years old

2. At least 3 months since the previous blood donation

3. Taken meal before blood donation

4. Had at least 5 hours of sleep

5. Did not take any medication or alcohol in the past 24 hours

6. Women not to be in menstruation or pregnant
